Pine Shop delivers to Brisbane, Ipswich and surrounding suburbs only. Our service covers the delivery of the items from our warehouse to your nominated address, but does not include moving furniture items into the property.
All items are checked and packaged, prior to delivery and will be delivered to your nominated address by a driver only, who will unpack and check the goods and remove any packaging. As the goods are often bulky you may need to organise assistance to place the items in your property.
Delivery can normally be arranged within the same week as your purchase, Monday through to Saturday, and will be scheduled based on that weeks run. We will consult with you on what days we will be in your area, to arrange a date and time.
To check if we deliver to your area, add the items to your cart that you would like delivered and then go to "My Cart" by clicking on the "My Cart" link at the top of any page. In the My Cart screen, scroll down to the Shipping Estimator and select Australia, Queensland and input your postcode. If we deliver to your area, you will be given a choice of a Delivery Calculated Rate or a no charge Pick Up option. For orders over a certain amount you may qualify for Free Delivery, which will be calculated based on your purchase amount and postcode for delivery.
For all other areas, you will only be given a Pick Up option.
- Free Delivery
- We are currently offering Free Delivery for online orders over $600. This free service is only applicable to suburbs of the Greater Brisbane and Ipswich area as indicated in the Checkout Process. This offer only applies to orders placed online for goods "In Stock" that are able to be delivered in one lot. To see if you qualify for free delivery, you should first add the items to your cart that you would like delivered and then go to "My Cart" by clicking on the "My Cart" link at the top of any page. In the My Cart screen, scroll down to the Shipping Estimator and select Australia, Queensland and input your postcode, then click on "Get a Quote". If we deliver to your area, you will be given a choice of a Local Delivery Service (FREE for orders over $600) or a no charge Pick Up option. For all other areas, you will only be given a Pick Up option. Select the option which suits you best and click "Update Total" and "Proceed to Checkout".
- Local Delivery Service
- For orders less than $600, our delivery service is only available to suburbs of the Greater Brisbane and Ipswich area as indicated in the Checkout Process. The calculated rate applies to all orders placed online or in-store. To calculate the cost of delivery to your address, you should first add the items to your cart that you would like delivered and then go to "My Cart" by clicking on the "My Cart" link at the top of any page. In the My Cart screen, scroll down to the Shipping Estimator and select Australia, Queensland and input your postcode. If we deliver to your area, you will be given a choice of a Delivery Calculated Rate or a no charge Pick Up option. For all other areas, you will only be given a Pick Up option.
- Pick Up
- Use the Google Map gadget to calculate directions between your address and the Pine Shop. Put your address in the "From:" box and click "Go".
- For deliveries to areas outside our local delivery service, you should contact a freight business near you and obtain a quote. Its important to note that often delivery costs to areas beyond our local area can be quite expensive, given the nature and size of the goods to be transported.

- Pine Shop has an easy "Order Now Pay Later" online order system. We do not require you to enter any credit card information during the online transaction, so you can shop and order safely and secure. We will of course need some information from you, in order to confirm the order and arrange delivery. Here's a quick guide on how to order online:
- Browse to the detailed page for the item you are interested in
- Make any selections for "quantity" and "options" that may be applicable for that product
- Click on "Add to Cart"
- Continue shopping for other items
- Once you have completed your selections and added them all to your cart, click on "Checkout"
- You should now be at our one page checkout, where you can review the contents of your cart before proceeding
- Select your method of delivery or pickup
- Click on "Proceed to Checkout"
- Step 1 Billing Information: You can select to register on the site or checkout as a guest, either way follow the prompts and provide whatever information is required and click "continue"
- Step 2 Shipping Information: Select which address to ship to and click "continue"
- Step 3 Shipping Method: Select from pickup (if you intend to pick up the item/s yourself) or Local Deliveries Only (if you require delivery to Brisbane, Ipswich or their immediate suburbs). If you are not sure simply select Pickup and we will confirm a delivery fee by telephone when we call.
- Step 4 Payment Method: Select Purchase Order and enter the best telephone number we may contact you on. You will notice that we do not require any payment at all throughout the checkout procedure, we will contact you once we are in receipt of your order, to confirm availability of the items and at that stage we may ask for a deposit. The balance of your order can be paid anytime prior to delivery and can be paid by Credit Card, Direct Deposit, or in cash or EFTPOS at the store.
- Step 5 Order Review: Review your order and if all is correct click on "Place Order" Now that you have placed your order you will recieve an email to the address you provided and should expect a phone call from our sales staff, to the number you provided to confirm your order and address any queries you may have.
- Returns & Replacements
- Pine Shop guarantee their products to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of at least 1 (one) year from the date of delivery. This guarantee is valid exclusively for the purchaser at the first delivery address. Proof of purchase in the form of the original invoice provided by the Pine Shop must be supplied upon request. If proof of purchase cannot be supplied then this guarantee will be considered void. Some of the manufacturers who supply Pine Shop offer Guarantees beyond this 1 year period, and in such cases the details will be attached to the product.

- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Pine Shop accepts the following methods of payment; Bank Cheques, Credit Card (Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa, American Express) Direct Deposit, and Cash or Eftpos at our store. Bank Cheques should be made payable to Pine Shop 2 Lowry St North Ipswich Qld 4305
All orders will be transacted at the prices displayed at the time of ordering. From time to time we may conduct sales and promotions which may alter the prices and such alterations will be updated as appropriate for the promotion, in which case you will see our normal price and the special price as applicable for that item and the promotion currently in progress.
- Viewing Orders
- You may view your order at any time by logging in and clicking on "My Account", which will take you to "My Dashboard" from which you can view any/all orders you have placed as well as items still in your "shopping cart" and "wishlist". You can also edit any details of your account details here.
- Updating Account Information
- Once you have registered with the site, anytime you are "logged in" you can go to "My Account" from your "Dashboard" you can review and/or edit your details, including your Name, Address, Delivery Address, Telephone Numbers, and Email addresses.
